A cliff promontory south of Panjim where the Mandovi and Zuari estuaries meet the sea, this viewpoint is entwined with the legend of Dona Paula de Menezes and with colonial leisure culture. Today it’s a sunset terrace above the jetty, often busy Nov–Feb. Tip: arrive pre‑sunset to climb the ~70 steps; occasional maintenance closures occur—check locally. Entry is typically ticketed by the operator.
