Perched along Raj Bhavan Road at Dona Paula, the Cabo viewpoint sits on the historic Palácio do Cabo estate—today’s Lok Bhavan, the Governor’s residence—whose origins date to the 16th–17th centuries. From cannon points above the cliffs, you see the Mandovi and Zuari rivers meet the Arabian Sea. Sunset months Oct–Feb are spectacular; the estate hosts selected public tours and a grotto feast on 2 August.
