A short forest walk from Mahuadanr, Upper Ghaghri forms a shaded rocky pool in the Netarhat uplands of Latehar. Locals call it Bhainsborwa. Though modest compared with Lower Ghaghri, its sal groves, cool breeze and birdsong make it ideal for a quiet stop on Netarhat circuits. Best months: Oct–Feb; avoid slippery rocks in peak monsoon.
