At Rajrappa, Ramgarh, the Tantric Chhinnamasta shrine stands on a hillock at the confluence of the Bhairavi (Bhera) and Damodar rivers. The deity is worshipped as a self‑decapitated form of Shakti; the site was established as a Chhinnamasta centre by the 18th century and draws large crowds on Makar Sankranti and Maha Shivaratri. The complex includes Surya, Hanuman and Shiva temples near Rajrappa Falls.
