Hirwa Van Garden - History details

Hirwa Van Garden is a 15‑acre man‑made forest garden located near Piparia, Silvassa, designed around lush lawns, waterfalls, and flowerbeds. Dedicated to the local deity Hirwa, the garden was developed as a recreational eco‑site near the Western Ghats. Its twin arches, stone walls, and cascading artificial falls reflect planned landscape architecture. Surrounded by hills, it became a major picnic attraction after the 1980s expansion wave.
