Hawa Mahal in Wadhwan, Surendranagar, is an unfinished royal palace initiated around 1880 by HH Thakore Saheb Dajiraj Sinhji. Construction halted in 1885 after his death, and later attempts in the early 1930s also stopped due to similar circumstances. Designed as a lake‑palace, it reflects Jhala Rajput architectural heritage. Today, the incomplete structure offers cultural insight and scenic historic charm.
