The Gingee Fort is an architectural marvel built across three rocky hills, located in the Villupuram district of Tamil Nadu. Though not in Tiruvannamalai, it is a significant historical site sometimes mentioned alongside it. Known as the "Troy of the East," it was considered one of India's most impregnable fortresses.
