Founded in 1965 along the Tunga River, this Forest Dept camp rehabilitates elephants with health and behavioral issues. Visitors arrive before 9 AM to watch bathing and training sessions. Near Shettihalli Wildlife Sanctuary, the camp is one of India’s oldest elephant‑care centers. Best season October–March.
