Khindsi Lake - History details
Khindsi Lake is a large, scenic lake and popular boating and picnic spot near the town of Ramtek, in the Bhandara district of Maharashtra. It was built in 1840 by Maharaja Mudhoji II Bhonsle of Nagpur and is surrounded by small hills, valleys, and forests.
