Hijli Eco Park - History details
Hijli Eco Park was established in the early 2000s near Kharagpur to promote biodiversity. It is close to the historic Hijli Detention Camp, where freedom fighters were imprisoned during British rule in the 1930s. The park now serves as an educational and recreational center.
