Daulat Singh Park - History details

A compact green on The Ridge, Shimla, Daulat Singh Park was dedicated in 1964 to Lt. Gen. Daulat Singh (Western Command C-in-C, died 1963). It features statues including Dr Y.S. Parmar and offers quiet Ridge-side seating with valley views. Best seasons are spring to autumn, when skies are clear and the Ridge promenade is most active.
