Chehni Kothi - History details

Chehni Kothi, a 17th‑century Kath‑Kuni tower in Kullu’s Banjar region, served as a defensive fort and later a temple complex. Standing about 45 meters tall, it withstood historic earthquakes and reflects Himalayan wood‑stone architecture. Nearby is Shringa Rishi temple and heritage village trails.
