Nurpur Fort - History details
Nurpur Fort, originally called Dhameri Fort, dates to the 16th century Pathania rulers. Although partially ruined, it houses the revered Brij Raj Swami Temple dedicated to Lord Krishna and Meera. Its stone architecture and valley views make it a heritage highlight near Dharamshala.
